With all the skills of an intuitive trauma therapist, Lisha will empower you to empower the parts of yourself that may be resisting transformation.

Sacred Healing Place is offering a package of 3 Half-Day Sessions (upto 9 hours total) to help you access this path of spiritual transformation. This package includes:

Intensive Trauma Healing Program

For those of you who are beginning to embark on the journey of healing from past traumatic experiences and developmental trauma, these half-day (up to 3 hours) and full-day (up to 6 hours) sessions can be extremely effective. By utilizing a combination of Ego State Therapy, EMDR, Imaginal Nurturing, Somatic Psychology, and Guided Meditation, a lot of therapeutic ground can be covered without the disruption of daily stressors. The intensive format cuts treatment time in half because of time not spent on checking in at the beginning of each session, addressing current stressors and concerns, focusing on stabilizing & coping skills that clients most likely won’t need after trauma healing, or assisting clients in regaining composure at the end of the session. Clients achieve their therapeutic goals faster than the more conventional method of weekly one hour sessions. Also, this approach is ideal for folks who live too far to attend weekly sessions.

EMDR 

Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing – is a psychological method for treating experientially based disorders and emotional difficulties that are caused by disturbing life experiences, ranging from traumatic events, such as combat stress, first responder experiences, assaults, and natural disaster, to upsetting childhood events.  I have also found it just as effective in treating anxiety, phobias and negative, blocking beliefs. EMDR facilitates the accessing and processing of traumatic memories to bring these to an adaptive resolution. After successful treatment with EMDR, emotional distress is relieved, negative beliefs are reformulated, and physical arousal is reduced. That means that what is useful from this experience will be learned, and stored with appropriate emotions in the brain, and will be able to guide them in positive ways in the future (i.e. be able to drive without the intense fear of getting into an accident). The inappropriate or negative emotions, beliefs, and body sensations will be neutralized.
